Victor Löw (°1961) graduated as an actor at Studio Herman Teirlinck in Antwerp. He played for a number of years at the Blauwe Maandag Companie and the theatre company of Luk Perceval. In 1999 he performs together with Lesie De Gruyter in the Zoo Story. Löw got a lot of praise with his roles for een Zwaargewicht, De dood en het meisje and One Flew Over Te Cuchoo’s Nest. With his wife Mirjam he performed the play Misery based on a famous novel of Stephen King. He won in 2010 the theatre audience award for Oog om Oog. He was also performing in the theatre version of Het Gouden Ei.
 
He made his film debut with the film De Noorderlingen in 1992. Victor played a remarkable supporting role in the Oscar winning film Karakter and the lead rol in the movie Lek. Victor also performed in the other Oscar winning film, Antonia’s Line. The other film roles followed, in Reykjavik-Rotterdam and the lead role as Tim in Het mysterie van Sardine in 2005. On the television screen you will know Victor from Voetbalvrouwen, Kees & Co, We gaan nog niet naar huis and Seinpost Den Haag.
