Charlotte Anne Bongaerts (°1989) graduated in 2013 at the Luca School of Arts (Leuven). During her education she got an internship at theater companies De Maan and Braakland/ZheBilding, which included a solo performance at the TAZ theaterfestival in 2011. In 2015 her first theater production The Waxworks premiered, in which she collaborated with performer Neal Leemput. Her latest theater production was Antigone (2016) at theater company TG Elektra in which she played the role of Antigone.
On television she has starred in several series, including Vriendinnen, Deadline 25/5, Vermist, Aspe, De Bunker and Loslopend Wild & Gevogelte. Her largest role was as Stephanie Delvaux in De Ridder (2014/15).
Charlotte’s first film role was as a supporting actrice in De Behandeling (2014). Thereafter she played Sarah in the film Image, directed by Adil El Arbi and Billal Fallah, for which she was nominated for an Ensor for best supporting actrice in 2015. Her largest film role was as Griet in the film Terug Naar Morgen (2015), directed by Lukas Bossuyt.
